[Korean language PDF] [Mar 2017] In the Metal & Welding Journal for Monthly, the Korean shipbuilding industry's new shipbuilding orders in 2017, which include world shipyards, shipbuilders, research institutes, shipbrokers, and media press releases - In January, the company received orders for Tanker Carrier 12ships (1,394,000 DWT), February Gas Carrier 4ships (84,000 CBM), Tanker Carrier 5ships (750,000 DWT) and 18,000 dwt Ro-Ro vessels. This is a big increase from the previous year, when we won orders for 4ships in Jan 2016, 12ships in January 2017 and 11ships in February.

    Royal Australian Navy Conscripts MAN [Mar 2017] Navantia, the major Spanish shipbuilder, has chosen MAN main and GenSet engines to power two fleet-support-tanker newbuildings it is currently constructing for the Royal Australian Navy (RAN).
